WARRANTY

Glorious Furniture Sdn Bhd (ESF) offers a one (1) year limited warranty on the following components:

Frame

Warranty is provided against defects in materials and workmanship.

Fabrics / PU / PVC

All fabrics are warranted against manufacturing defects such as cracking, peeling, separation, and seam failure.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Color fading or damage caused by chemical after-treatments

  • Damage caused by spills (e.g. wine, dyes, acids, corrosive chemicals, ink, paint, or body fluids)

  • Cuts, burns, misuse, or pet damage

Foam

It is normal for foams to soften and have an impression of 2 cm to 4 cm. Loss of foam resiliency results from normal use and should not be confused with a defect.  

Stitching

Warranty is provided on stitching under normal household use.

Springs

Warranty is provided on springs under normal household use.

Mechanisms

Warranty is provided on mechanisms in the event of functional failure under normal household use.

 

CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

(Fabric, Polyurethane (PU), Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC))

  • Vacuum with a soft upholstery attachment or brush regularly (at least once a month).

  • Protect furniture from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may cause fading.

  • Do not remove cushion or pillow covers for separate cleaning, as this may result in slight color variation.

  • Attend to spots as soon as possible; stains and spills should be removed immediately. Use a wet cloth with tepid water and mild soap. Be careful not to rub in and spread the stain.

  • Do not use solvents, bleach, or high-pH cleaning agents, as these may permanently damage or discolor the material.

Caution:
Glorious Furniture strongly recommends engaging professional upholstery cleaners.
Improper cleaning products, abuse, negligence, prolonged sun exposure, extreme heat, or bright lighting may void the product warranty.


WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Products must be purchased from Glorious Furniture Sdn Bhd.

  • Proof of purchase with a clearly visible purchase date is required to make a warranty claim.

  • This warranty excludes shipping / transportation costs incurred for repair or replacement.
